At Blue Coast Property Management, we manage information through our professional staff.

Shall attend four HOA BOD meetings and one Annual Meeting. Prepare notices and assist in preparation of agenda. Take follow up action as directed by the BOD

Make recommendations for insurance, legal and other services required for the operation of the HOA

Assist in maintaining Minute Book, Membership list and other HOA documents

Assist in preparation of newsletters, bulletins and distributed to the membership

Enforce Master Deed and By-Laws, and rules and regulations
